We will accept direct orders from you if you are unable to locate a retailer near your area that carries a Christie Helene style you are interested in.
Contact a Christie Helene representative for assistance on locating a retailer or for assistance in buying a dress if it is not available in your area.

  • All checks must be cleared before any shipments are made.
  • All credit cards must be accepted before shipment
  • There is a 35.00 bounce check fee.

Return/Exchange Policy

Special Occasion dresses and apparel usually have a different return policy than everyday wear. We offer a 3-day review period from the day you receive your order. You must call for return authorization for exchanges. Please contact a Christie Helene representative.
Refunds are made with the understanding that there is a 20% re-stocking fee. All garments will be inspected before any credit will be issued.
The conditions for returns are:

  • Item includes attached tags, plastic and hanger
  • Item has not been altered or worn
  • Item is returned within the 3-day review period

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made through emails or fax. If you do not receive a confirmation of your cancellation, please follow up with a phone call during our business hours.

  • There is a $20.00 cancellation fee if you cancel within 48 hours after placing your order.
  • After that there is a $50 cancellation fee as your dress may be in the process of being shipped.
